This whole movement of get out of debt, dont but stupid shit, it's all useless. If you don't, the government will. And our environment is just not saving friendly. Anyone who is fiscally responsible gets shafted big time, so why are we pretending trying to apply moral principles to a clown world is going to somehow make a difference? What happens when the government decides to tax you 50% or more on your wealth and assets, or decides that anyone who isnt an interracial tranny couple should be taxed 75% because diversity or some crap?

The important part is maintaining your own integrity and values. if you start taking advantage of those things in a greedy way you'll just become a bigger. However if you're cooperating with a machine that is destroying you, reducing its impact is beneficial. It seems like if you got in debt that benefits you and that you intend to pay off, then when the shit hits the fan the lender foots the bill, a kind of insurance for when responsible people are punished.

They should just get rid of tax completely and have us pay inflationary taxes 100% of the time instead. Then there's no point in earning more than you need because you'd be pressured into spending it before it became worthless.

Also the amount of resources wasted by chasing tax dodgers would drop dramatically because it wouldn't mean shit anyway.

But it won't happen because greed never stops at "enough" and trust based system always get abused.
