The bigger point is that Reagan got dementia after he was in office. Biden had dementia before he was supposedly elected.

Also Reagan's dementia was probably started by all the anesthesia he got for emergency surgery after being shot in office. Biden's is from getting a face lift and other plastic surgery.

Reagan's last couple years were pretty dicey. By that point he had at least done a lot so the world knew his agenda in place and the US was strong even if he wasn't totally in command at the point. Biden was a laughing stock before he was even in office.

I was kind of young during his presidency but he was pretty messy towards the end. George the butcher bush he was a mess right after he won. I remember that first address he did he was like a deer lost in headlights.
