Vermont was high on my list of possible places to move too until a few years back when they passed an 'Assault Weapon' ban and a ban on normal capacity mags. The state is populated by mostly sane people but the politics have become total dominated by the single urban center of significance in the state. Bernnie Sanders is from VT and he embodies where the state politics are going. You are far better off an hour east in NH.

Unlike the rest of America, the urban rural divide is almost non-existent in Vermont. Vermont is one of two states (the other is Massachusetts) where a majority White men vote for Democrats. Vermont is not dominated by Burlington.

If you say so... Over the years I have been to VT any number of times... When I lived in the north east it was my preferred location for hunting/fishing/camping/skiing and everyone I met was very pleasant... until I visited Burlington and the place was wall to wall pink-haired soy commies. There is a lot of pot smoking hippies out in the rural areas though... any which way the state is off my list as soon as they infringed on the 2A

No, I know from what i've heard the cities in Vermont have their share of joggers but I'm guessing the fact that there are only a few places with any significant population density is what keeps the jogger number low.

My buddy had a contract in Maine back in approx 2010. I got a dirt cheap flight and rental car. This was in the fall. Cold but comfortable to me. He travels the country leading teams cleaning chemical tanks. He’s got his big diesel and a nice camper in tow. I’d never been that far north and was excited to hang out with my boy in what I assumed was a white paradise.

Wrong. There were niggers. Our hang outs were two Applebee’s. Those chain restaurants were similarly as niggerfied as the ones in the south. Maybe not as bad, but bad enough.

I don't like him either, but every Senator is jew-adjacent. Some states elect a legitimately white guy from the "business" community because they think business is more honest than politics. Turns out his "business" was replacing white people with shitskin immigrants.

Vermonter here, Vermonters are strongly independent by nature. This is a people that split from NY and NH, even becoming their own republic for a short time. We love our history and people like the Green Mountain Boys and Ethan Allen remind us of the role Vermont played in America's independence. Many people live by the pioneer phrase "use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without", disconnecting from the need for a new car or house because the current one is "old". You're going to hear comments about it being hugely democratic, but it's also a constitutional carry state that loves craft beer, and the outdoors. Though the state is dem leaning I expect you will find there are lots of people that better align with libertarian and just don't realize it. Be sure to get familiar with the taxes as it's something many are surprised by when moving here.

Unfortunately there are now a lot of joggers in Burlington and few speak English. Real estate is cheaper and better than NH if you want to live rural. Lots of liberals from NYC have moved into ski resorts though.

Fixed that for you. They've done the same thing to Aspen, CO. Even worse than Aspen is the nice towns around Aspen that have been destroyed by being overrun by the spic nannies, housekeepers, and gardeners that the jews love to hire to do their chores for them. Carbondale, Basalt, Jezebel, all fucking barrios now.
