I frequently think of making real world reviews on products that i buy and have experience with. and i would also like to see others reviews that are just honest real world experiences, not some you tubers video that is stretched out to try to get revenue. i thought poal users might be interested in sharing opinions on products

The only thing you need is bought item vs returned item.

stars and reviews are shit.

How is that? If you're looking to buy a new whatchacallit and you see a good review of some that tell you to avoid this one or buy this one it's great you wouldn't find that helpful? You prefer to just randomly buy 3 or 4 different ones till you find one that you like?

Considering I've been in the system, you can buy reviews and sometimes your 3 star item is amazing but the customer is retarded because they didn't do something.

If I seen "1000 bought, 5 returned, 2 broken withing 2 years, 1 broken within 4 years" with a reason for why anything was sent back or broken I'd be much more inclined to buy it or not.

I don't need a review if you bought it and never returned it. It's implied it was worth the money.

Okay, now that is a good point, I can't believe some of the retarded shit I see on amazon reviews. I saw one the other day a guy was all kinds of pissed off because the 1500Ah battery wouldn't run his 8000 BTU air conditioner off a 300w inverter. So, yea, some folks would think that is some greek foreign language but you would think someone trying to put together a setup like that would have some general idea of what the fuck he was doing.
