No mixes or restaurant hybrids.

Must be a nationally recognized fast food chain restaurant and not a local or state only place.

Restaurants must be in a minimum of 2 states.

No sit down restaurants like Denny's, Applebee's or Ruby Tuesdays where they have a host seat and provide a menu to you.

I had a similar experience, I'd rather not go there at all, but over any other fastfood place ill stand by my choice.

They did smarten up and added a separate section for them to make online orders to not slow down the people who go in person
