What do they do that's better than fresh beef that isn't ever frozen?

I've never been there, but if eating there cost more than $10 I'm not interested. I hate all these new millenial faggy places that are like $20 for eight crumbs and a shitty small drink. I just don't have any interest in those kinds of places.
