Pricing niggers out is the first, and best strategy. Areas to which niggers can't walk or bike are best. Any place that has even the tiniest bit of public transit available will be infested with niggers. No deals with the devil, by which I mean ANY authoritative/governmental body. No subsidized housing, no vouchers, no "affordable" anything. The money is easy, but you get irresponsible niggers that you CAN'T REMOVE. No WIC, no SNAP, no nothing. That infrastructure must be dismantled anywhere you don't want niggers around. Social Security will be a lot tougher to overcome, though. Niggers generally hate cold weather, and those who are in cold weather places are doing it for gibsmedats. If there are none, they won't stay. On the more fun side, niggers will avoid any area they believe is haunted (or otherwise eeeeeeevil). A place that has a large number of well-armed people with large, nigger-munching dogs, will also be avoided.
