Surely with fertilizer prices, oil prices and everything else going through the roof, along with Russian/ukranian food production export not happening for the forseeable, prices will go through the roof.

For the first time in my life I think I'm going to start stocking up on canned food, to try and survive whatever the hell is round the corner.

Supply is only half the problem. Demand the other half (i.e. hoarders). In Commifornia, hoarders are the biggest problem.
