To be clear and answer the question: YOU (as a white man; conservative; whatever) can't talk badly about anyone. LEFTISTS can talk badly about people they don't like -- so whites, men, etc. It's more an issue of who has freedom of speech than any coherent principle about who is good and bad, though there is definitely an oppression hierarchy. In some cases, such as the case of white women, they can be good or bad in the leftist framework. As long as you approach it from a leftist angle, you can say white women are Karens or whatever.
