When you imagine yourself doing something into the future, be it already having achieved some goal or obtaining a desire, do you see yourself receiving it etc. through a 3rd person perspective, or do you witness the experience through your own eyes?

Lol okay, I get it. That reminds me of guided mediation or hypnotic induction, where the narrator is guiding “you” through the process to achieve an aim.
