There really isn't a universal definition to intelligence. Though self awareness is generally agreed upon. "I think, therefore I am." Enter the mirror test. Many black children fail this test. Some animals pass it. Tool usage is certainly a hint of intelligence but doesn't mean self awareness. For example, crows. Then there is the cargo cults. Can use tools but understands absolutely nothing about whites or technology, even when explained to them for generations. They have tool usage, I assume are self aware, but certainly very low intelligence. There is something very different about humans in general and again for caucasians; perhaps best referred to as a divine spark. Each set apart from the other. All apart from the other animals.
