It's been leaked that famous people all use alts on the internet. Even the boomers like Mitt Romney. I once had a theory that Donald Trump had a 4chan account because he didn't want to spend all his time on an account where people hated him (twitter). But seeing he had an audience that liked him he decided he'd leak a few things cryptically. But needing people to actually pay attention to him he became a namefag.
