cost to much, doesnt last long. Dont be stupid when Im asking a different question.

Don't ask stupidly broad and vague questions that seem to literally beg for a joke answer then. Or tailor your expectations to your own contributions.

Also, protein bars are for gym faggots. You want to grow real man muscle, go do some fucking yard work and eat some real Goddamn meat right off the bone. The kind you get from gym workouts and protein bars and creatine powder turn into blubber in about two weeks if you fall off the regimen. Leading an actual real masculine life with hard physical work and actual food will make you strong like potato. Grow yourself like a hothouse flower and you might as well lean into that homosexual gym lifestyle and learn the art of pleasing men with your mouth. Plenty of protein there Sport.

You sound like a scrawny retard who's never done any of the things you claim to.

Protein bars are perfectly fine for a sometimes thing. I have a Home Depot bucket full of long shelf life vitamin and protein packaged food.

But if you had actually done anything you claimed to have then you'd already know about pemmican and would have suggested that.

You dont know me, all I have done my whole life is physical work. So shut up.

Have a look to make your own a lot cheaper and you can generally make your own flavours if you cbf.

Add in a blender: Base is usually nuts, seeds, dates. Add coffee or cocoa powder or orange rind something like that. Maybe bind with coconut oil and blend. Chuck in fridge to set or freezer

I really enjoy Garden of Life's Keto Shakes as a meal replacement once in awhile. They also make protein bars - most of them have 20g of Protein per bar, but I've never tried them (too many carbs for my liking). The only reason I mention them is that the ingredients in most of their products almost always top most of what I can find.

quick search shows ten grams and plant based, Ill look further into it. Thanks

Garden of life also has really good vitamins. I've been taking their multi's for years simply because i can feel a difference. The price is difficult to stomach, but the results are worth it.

Usually it's filled with preservative agents that are really unhealthy.

pickled eggs

I am about halfway done with a jar of about 50 or so

Why not make your own? You can make it in bulk and freeze it and it'll be way healthier than anything you can buy.

I like Performance brand. Good taste, good texture, good macros.

I used to eat a lot of Power Bars when I player sports. No clue if they're any good though.

I like the Costco brand. No soy, 10g carbs, 21g protein. ~$18 for a box of 20 with a marked shelf life of 6 months.

I don't know the American market but take a look at flapjacks or oats+protein bars. Perhaps not suitable for after training use though. And obviously look for natural sweeteners and less carbs.
