Dunno. I didnt spend time reading the article after i saw patients were requesting unvaxxed blood supply that couldnt be delivered to them because it wasnt tagged that way.

The only way to insure your blood tranfusion is not contaminated is to pay to have your own blood, extracted beforehand and stores in fridges, available at hospitals, or available to be quickly transported to a hospital. This is as expensive as hell, and not really practical for most people. I would advise anyone who is told they need a blood transfusion to refuse it. If you have to lie, claim you are Jehovah's Witness or something, and it is against your religion. Your body will regenerate your own blood over time.

Plasma is another issue. I don't know if the spike protein is present in plasma stored in hospitals, but I would assume that it is. I would avoid plasma transfusions as well.

Of course, if you need blood to save your life, you are likely going to be so out of it, the decision will not be yours to make.

This is straight up false. My wife died frim blood loss. She took 7 bags and it still wasn't enough.

Sometimes there isn't enough time for the body to regenerate enough blood. Especially if you're bleeding internally.

Vaxxed blood is bad but no evidence indicates it will give you active mRNA. So you'll get a a bit of spike protein toxin but it's a slow toxin without a virus.

As soon as you replace your own blood you'll be purging spike proteins.

There may be a chance of allergic reaction.

The worst damage from the spike protein is caused when they are produced in the cell and get stuck trying to go across the cell wall. The transfusion threat is minimal.

But as a pureblood I deserve to be treated with pure blood.

In thinking on long-term survival, the subject of blood is important.

Ideally, you'd have the means/resources to store it properly first. Then, the expertise to take your own blood and store it. If you do this for like 3 years, every few weeks, you'll end up with a significant supply of your own blood- which would literally save your life in a scenario like you describe.

Unfortunately, this is simply not feasible for like.. anybody. So, you'll be getting vaxed, indirectly.
