Pretty much. US Citizens are about to experience a level of poverty not seen in this country for over 100 years.
Hell, it's very likely going to be FAR FAR worse than the Great Depression.
Good and bad, great for those with extra cash to buy on the low. Very very bad for everyone else. Allthough, all the globo homo bullshit goes away in a collapse, so here's to hoping

When you're broke, have no money and people live in squalor, gender identity and fake bullshit usually tends to go out the window, right
Why worser? Because America in the Great Depression was largely white, and minorities had their own districts or communities, and that fact kept a measure of balance. Men worked outside, women tended house/ garden/ chickens, etc BUT, people knew how to work, and work together. But it was hard, and malnutrition kept many out of the military. The CCCs were the best route to steady work and meals for many. Hard Times by studs Terkel is a good read.
