Maybe just "Yes" or "Maybe" or "No" I wouldn't actually respond because it's just crazy shit, and just responding gives too much validation, play along, position etc. You could also maybe start a 3 way call with them and someone else and let them talk it out. I've done that with pizza shops before. Pretty funny.
