I know this isn't popular idea... try reddit they seem to have communities for everything. Years ago before I realized the cancer part, I got lots of information on random things .

Look up pipes on ebay or amazon to see how much they go for. Then take pics and list them

ebay's a bit of a grab bag for pricing. I've picked up 2 100+yr old BBK's for $30/50 respectively. Are they worth more? As collector pieces they'll sell at what the market demands.

For instance, I saw a very old Dunhill go for well over $700 the other day. I have one w. the exact same shape/color I paid $40 for.

Supposedly 'very nice pipes', but end of the day, it's a chunk of wood for smoking a pernicious weed.

Yeah I have done that, prices all over the place and I have no idea. Plus Im not in town, dont want to go to the post office all the time and find boxes and shit. Sides alot of them are hard to identify. For me anyway.

You either have to go through each one & research them, or sell it in a lot for a stupid price. Are they all wood? Meerschaum? Corn cob? Anything look real fucking fancy?

Not really, wife would kill me, but a collection of 100 would be nice to go through. If you do decide to sell them, let me know where, always liked old pipes over new.

Its kinda overwhelming, and I got a few sisters who have to decide with me. I will try to save this comment just in case but I compulsively delete everything. I use to smoke a pipe occasionally, some are nice.

From my understanding.

You don't smoke weed from the same pipe you smoke tobacco from due to flavorings cooking into the wood.

It ruins it for the tobacco smoker.

I have nothing against weed personally. Like tobacco. Both both are grown plants you should be allowed to process and use as you choose without government interference.

So you don't see them as any different. I don't smoke, never have...never chewed either. I guess I never found the use or need for it....but as an American, I agree what you do to yourself is your biz. The Gov should have no say in that.

I like cavalier type pipes, but they always strike me as so delicate. Lots of points of failure, but handy if you're on horseback.
