Show footage of burning trucks , bodies shot up in the street , bloody and torn apart , all kinds of gruesome carnage. Make a statement that this is a humanitarian crisis , and the refugee crisis threatens to destabilize neighboring countries. That criminal elements rule the country. The U S. and must act boldly !

Twist , it's Mexico not Ukraine.

Ok great. And were you thinking of having a narrators voice explaining the humanitarian crisis or were you thinking of layering some text in front of the video?

I was thinking a woman with an upper class brit accent narrating , maybe show statistics on deaths , " migration " , human trafficking etc . Maybe she gets a bit angry wondering why the world ( U S. ) just let's this horror continue . Maybe throw a little White guilt at the end , because they're brown their lives aren't so precious , blah blah.
