I'm 35 and had a relatively normal American experience in my 20s, being sexually risky and not making smart choices. I came out with no children or baby mama drama.

Now facing what we do and gone through what we have, I feel pretty lucky that me and my girlfriend don't have children. Seems like a liability. I've had a gut feeling since I was a kid that kids wouldn't be a good idea for me.

Personally, I'd have ended up in jail with an assault charge during the covid days if i found out of any teacher BS and my kid

Nobody is ever ready to be a parent. Just ask 20 year old me. Unless you are addicted to drugs and alcohol I seriously doubt you would disappoint or fail your children. As a man you work hard for your family and provide, no matter what it takes. They see that hard work and dedication and it means something.
