You cannot and will not get fat eating 2,000 calories of foods with no carbs and high in saturated fats. End of story. The metabolic pathways are different. Your body cannot store fat as fat the way it can store carbohydrates as fat.

You will get fat if your body absorbs 2,000 calories and keeps it while your needs are below 2,000 calories. Your body can't keep fat as well as it can sugar. What you're saying is like telling me filling sieve with 10 cups of water will fill it to the same level as 10 cups of rice.
