Night sweats often mean you have some blood cancer like leukemia or lymphoma. I'm not talking about dampness. I mean sweating like you're running as hard as you can. As in, the sheets are wetter than if you peed the bed.

I sweat like a SOB from the head when in the sun or when it's hot. This summer try keeping your head cool. I wear a light colored hat and a wet towel around my neck. The wet towel will cool the blood going to your head. It can be a pain in the ass but it helps tremendously.
