Don't shop at big box stores, in 99% of cases it's easy to find any item available elsewhere.
And that is how I end up standing in a 45 minute line for one of two cashiers in some cheap shit hobby/home decoration store with the wife, and the shower I skipped because we were just getting a few things at the grocery store before we decided to stop at this place and a few others leaves me smelling my balls for about 8 hours.

Easy to say when you live in the city. My nearest small pop store is an hour away becuase Walmart moved in and they all went belly up.
It is like you didn't see the south park episode about walmart and how people will build any corporation up until it is no longer serving the needs of the community because of the scope of the service demanded from it by the same community. And then they will rail against the monstrosity they created only to build up a subsequent beast in its place.
Plus I don't have to smell my balls.
