Repeal zero tolerance fight policies. Let the bullied kids get some sucker punches in then the bullies will calm the hell down.

I have a 4 year old, and a couple of bullies are already developing in his preschool class. I told him he was free to hit back anyone who hit him, and I would always have his back if he got in trouble for it.
