If you watch the entire poor-quality video I linked to of Timothy Leary's LSD Party, they mention Ken Kesey. The Grateful Dead seems logical, as they spread the "gospel" of LSD far and wide.

I found the video I was looking for.

But after watching the whole thing, I heard no CIA admission, and I become even more frightened that these types of people have so much power. They were proud of spreading LSD throughout the world, "just to shake things up" they said again and again. WTF? They also bragged about hooking Carey Grant into using LSD. I recall his wife, actress Dyan Cannon, say LSD was a cause for their divorce.
