Anti nutrients are compounds in certain foods that can slow or reduce the amount of vitamins and minerals you absorb from food, for example, tea and coffee hinders iron absorbtion due to tanning, its an absolute non issue since most anti nutrients are removed when cooking the foods (kidney beans, chickpeas, etc)

Don't let these idiots scare you out of a balanced diet with their nonsense.

Yep. Eat raw meat, raw liver, raw oysters, raw milk, raw butter, raw cream, raw unheated honey, and the occasional berry/fruit and you will thrive.

People should check for b12 deficiency on a blood-test. Symptoms mimic that of iron deficiency (foggy brain, fatigue)
