Not all nutrients react the same to cooking, some become more bioavailable, some diminish, some become inert, I'm guessing you cook your meat, Are you worried about those nutrients being destroyed by cooking?

Of course. Overcooking both meat and plants not only destroys nutrients but creates toxins.

It's clear now that the anti meat studies were based upon presumption that meat would be over cooked and also processed. Because they had agendas.

But of course overcooked plant is toxic. Shit look into transfats. But no studies published to the masses about that.
