You don't have to wonder, just look at any shitskin country. Particularly south America. People get confused thinking that jews want to use niggers as thier slave population, that just isn't the case. All Hispanic countries have rich neighborhoods that look like any wealthy neighborhood in the west. A lot of expatriots live there because thier money buys them a lot more comfort than back home. They have gates and guards and everything is private and segregated from shitskins.
If you live in a big city you can go to a Hispanic neighborhood and see exactly what it will be like outside the gates. It's not exactly a doomsday dystopia but it is very dirty. They mostly rent apartments and live very densely. No room for tools even if they had the inclination to fix up thier environment. So everything falls apart. Urban blight. Over populated. But patched up enough to work. You don't see as many condemned buildings as in black neighborhoods. No arson. Less gang violence, even though there are a lot of gangs.
So probably not as bad as you think.
