If you locate an area in the Carolinas that has less than 30% niggers, it can be nice. I have found that 10- 15% niggers can actually be beneficial to fill underpaid menial positions, especially if they have to commute into the area to work. Problem is it is hard to keep them out. It requires higher property values and higher property taxes.

Lack of public transportation helps too. They specifically don't fund public transport in the rich counties in NOVA so niggers and spics don't get to come to those areas.
