It depends what is meant by "small". Is anything smaller than a C cup small? Because most B cups look a lot nicer out of the bra than most D cups do. If big tits are perky they're amazing, but if they're floppy pancake tits they're fucking gross. I'd take a perky little pair of Bs over saggy tits any day. Although I did once date a girl with some massive hangers, and they were more enjoyable than I expected... I think realistically most tits are probably just fine, and if you're picking girls based on their tits, you're a degenerate and you'll never find a decent woman to start a family with.
