Less pay for the same job is illegal, and a lawsuit they will win effortlessly. Sounds nice, and likely true for non-STEM fields where labor is just labor. That said, it's simply not the way it works elsewhere. No one's skillBase is exactly the same. And, if I offer you a job for 80k, and you accept, that's on you.
