That doesn't sound healthy friend. If your piss is really dark yellow that's concerning, and I don't think some pseudo "sports" drink is going to be your best option to set things right. I'd suggest throwing back a tall monster energy, fix you right up. And you can feeeeel it working, no way you're gonna be off balance with that jet fuel coursing through your veins.

That's because I was in a hot spring for the past 3 weeks well in and out of a hot spring. So I got kind of dehydrated I figured a Gatorade would just level it off quick enough and then I could continue with water. But alas corporate greed wins the day again. I'll add my bitching about detergent. They are trying to get us to switch from powder or liquid to pods. I like being able to go light on the soap when its a small load or light soil. Pods are more expensive per load plus you can't vary them to suit the load.

I did notice in my last purchase of detergent that it seemed a little light. What the fuck is going on now it's just blatant thievery when it comes to what your money's worth. Everything is reduced in size what it is going to be next time sell you a bag with nothing in it

Laundry detergent is still mostly fillers (by design, detergent can be corrosive in a purer form.) You can probably cut way back on what you use without noticeable effect. It just takes some experimentation to determine what works best for how dirty your clothes get.

Goto dollar tree, dollar general, big lots, or any spanish store that sells detergent and get ariel. The spanish stores may even have the imported kind with phosphates in it still. Powder is superior to liquid/pods.
