I never understood that, idiots do it everywhere. They also put the entire fucking tweet/headline/post in the title and then upload a pic of the tweet/headline/post of what you just fucking read, news sites do that in their articles too. Why the fuck would I need the picture if you just typed what it said, conversely why would you need to type out what it says if you going to post a pic anyway. That's as stupid as typing the word 'quote' right before you put the actual quote surrounded by quotemarks. The quotemarks specify it is a quote, saying it's a quote beforehand is redundant.
