We have research on this. In fact, we have so much research on this topic we know how to stop many pedos from being created to begin with. Only a small percentage of the population are pedos due to genes - we have research on this, too. That means most are created. And we all know how most of them are created, too (multiple people commented about it on this very post). So if we have the research that tells us how to stop pedos from reoffending, we have the research how to stop most of them from being created, the real question is: **Why aren't we using this science to greatly reduce the number of kids getting harmed by pedos in the world?**
