The links in Cantaloupe's reply should help. I would also try to get the "Right to Sue" letter from the EOCC (https://www.eeoc.gov/federal-sector/filing-formal-complaint) in the meantime. Any lawyer you contact will probably have you do this before they do anything. I started mine about a month ago but don't have my in-person meeting until late June.
