Screen time is the number one contributor to mental illness. The Real enemy is malignant narcissism, which some people seem to have bred into them, but others easily fall into by pro outing shallow fame and soap opera drama. People of any race can be malignant narcissists and saving the world from them is not that hard to do. A "Zero Trust" government is the answer. A government that assumes all official's are not to be trusted. By assuming they are all dishonest, policies can then be made to make sure no trust is required of them. They should only be allowed to operate in very narrow lines with heavy surveillance. That spying apparatus should be used on politicians, not the people; for example. Death penalty for betraying public trust. Simple stuff that would have wide reaching effects.
