Next month, I'm going to have DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, bullshit, belonging) and it's required at my job. It's supposedly done by all companies now and they want us to open up and talk with each other about ...something. I can tell them something about myself that doesn't matter. No way will I 'open up' to SJWs or leftists looking for an issue to target, they can do that on their free time after work on twitter. Anyone have this 'training' yet? What can I expect? I'm not into this sharing feelings stuff. My work doesn't require working in a group and if I'm on the phone then I can't hurt anyone's bipoc feelings because I stick to work only and don't do small talk.
