Next month, I'm going to have DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, bullshit, belonging) and it's required at my job. It's supposedly done by all companies now and they want us to open up and talk with each other about ...something. I can tell them something about myself that doesn't matter. No way will I 'open up' to SJWs or leftists looking for an issue to target, they can do that on their free time after work on twitter.

Anyone have this 'training' yet? What can I expect? I'm not into this sharing feelings stuff. My work doesn't require working in a group and if I'm on the phone then I can't hurt anyone's bipoc feelings because I stick to work only and don't do small talk.

I've heard of the coca cola 'be less white' incident https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/cautionary-tale-from-coca-cola-deib-heather-r-younger

Politely inform HR that you have a sincerely held religious belief that you are not to attend other religions' services, and that it is your sincerely held religious belief that DIE meetings are a religious service. As someone who has and will continue to treat coworkers with inclusivity and respect regardless of their religion, you believe it would violate your sincerely held religious beliefs to attend such an event for the same reason it would be unconscionable to mandate they attend your church services.

Do that in writing and ensure you have an off-site copy of the correspondance.

It's checkmate for these DIE cultists. If they take adverse action against you for declining to attend their cult service, you have a slam dunk case of religious discrimination. If they provide you a reasonable accomodation of not attending these cult meetings, you're happy.

That's an interesting idea. They say it's required to attend so this is going to be a legal issue on whether I can assert their DIE session is a religion vs. politics (DIE is a good name for it). It certainly is a part of the leftists' cult indoctrination process and strategy to reach all of us that aren't in school to be brainwashed by leftist teachers.

Sincerely held religious beliefs are a matter of what you sincerely believe, not other peoples' opinions. Even if HR believes that DIE is political, they are neither you nor your God and cannot dictate your reigious beliefs.

They are legally mandated to make a reasonable accomodation for your sincerely held religious beliefs so long as it is not unduly burdensome. It is extremely easy to argue that excepting you from attending this religious service is reasonable, as you dont need it to perform your job. Even if the DIE cult meetings tangentially touch on corporate policy (e.g. "You cant fire Joe for being a Muslim"), your attendance is not required to comply with the law. For much the same reason classes on wearing pants are not necessary for you to show up to work with clothes on.
