Next month, I'm going to have DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, bullshit, belonging) and it's required at my job. It's supposedly done by all companies now and they want us to open up and talk with each other about ...something. I can tell them something about myself that doesn't matter. No way will I 'open up' to SJWs or leftists looking for an issue to target, they can do that on their free time after work on twitter.

Anyone have this 'training' yet? What can I expect? I'm not into this sharing feelings stuff. My work doesn't require working in a group and if I'm on the phone then I can't hurt anyone's bipoc feelings because I stick to work only and don't do small talk.

I've heard of the coca cola 'be less white' incident https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/cautionary-tale-from-coca-cola-deib-heather-r-younger

I was required to attend D&I training at a job I held last year. I guess they didn't care enough about Equity to include the E. In any event, it was basically a White Man bashing session where we (the white men in attendance) were told that our participation was limited to promising to be an ally for those employees who felt aggrieved by whatever their pet peeve was.

Fortunately I had already accepted a new job by then, so I thanked the organizer for inviting me, left the room, and handed my resignation letter (an actual physical document) to my boss. During my exit interview I was absolutely clear in stating that the D&I "training" was a big part of my decision to leave the company.
