Rand Corporation is part of the monopolistic, monolithic multi-cult.

They strategize how to dismantle countries in ways that ware favorable to their own ends and are partnered with the human traffickers and organized crime syndicates throughout the world without directly interfacing with them.

The concept is very old. Remember when all the buffalo were shot in the US? If you shoot all the buffalo, then everyone is forced to buy from your ranchers.

Think of Rand Corporation as the rancher. They don't want any aspect of your life available to you for free. They want to charge you for it.

Wake up? Buy the smart alarm device from our partners. Take a shit? That's going to cost you some sewage fees. Brush your teeth? Buy our partner's toothpaste. Need to get laid, great... we our partners with the police who will look the other way while you blow a load into a girl who "voluntarily" prostitutes for your local cartel. If she doesn't smile while providing service... if she doesn't pretend to like it... they torture her to remind her how to be a good girl.

So, while Rand Corporation isn't the actual slaver, they are the societal strategizer that allows slavery to happen (for a cut) and makes people believe there is no longer any such thing as slavery so don't worry about the pedophile overlords who will use undue influence, drugs and rape to enslave your children.

The way they accomplish this is through the installation of "parallel powers."

First, the bribe and intimidate politicians to take a piece of responsibility from the government. It sounds nice, at first, too.

A series of economic policies are made, promising less taxes to the people. Then, public services suffer, creating an outcry where more international money is made to, say, save the orphans. Now that the failed economic policy has put all these kids on the street, (((international))) aid is needed for all these orphans. Only, the government cut those programs and it is now up to these very kind and generous (((donors))) to be in charge of all the unfortunate children.

The country, then, becomes reliant on all of these parallel organizations with their fingers in every pie and those organizations (by design) give up and are non-functional, resulting in more chaos and an impotent government.

Now, that the country has already been chopped up among the low level criminals, the (((international))) crime syndicates step in and form new governments and political parties. They get to blame the old politicians whose government was sabotaged before their eyes and install new politicians more (((friendly))) to outside interests, who then continue to carve out every second of your life so that you can be charged for it.

In short, the Rand Corporation wants to help the powers that be create a world where you get charged for every second of your life, amounting to a less visible yet more functional servitude.

I thought it was well-known for decades that the Rand Corporation was a CIA front.
