It is an amorphous liquid at normal temperatures and pressures and the water molecules align themselves to prefer hydrogen bonds but it does not yield a regular geometric pattern in doing so. Ice can, but that structure depends on many variables that have nothing to do with microwaves, 5G or any other technological radiation sources. Someone else posted some of this bullshit recently about 5G affecting the formation of ice crystals. It had a shitty video that was extremely light on facts and truth. We know a lot about how water behaves and how it has many forms of ice that do not follow the same behaviors at different temperatures and pressures.
