You know they go out into eastern Belarus or Moldova and find some remote, desolate, incredibly poor, unchanged since 1910 village and give some food and vodka to old peasant women and ask them to tell stories of their deceased relatives and get them crying for the camera. You know that's how they film these "hungry, elderly Jews are at risk in the cold winter!" commercials..
