This statement annoys me as it's technically true but stupid. You could be hit by a million volts wearing a rubber suit of a million ohms and only be hit by 1 amp, or you could be hit by 50 volts straight into your bloodstream with 1 ohm and be hit with 50 amps. Amps are the end product of voltage divided by the resistance, without enough voltage to overcome resistance you will never get the amps high enough to be dangerous. The end product dictates what is a threat but the source dictates the end product. It's stupid to compare them like they are different things! it's like saying the engine of a car doesn't kill you it's the bumper, which is technically true but the engine is what drives the bumper into you.
