You will be unable to get hired for some jobs because they will check if you have a work visa, but this just means you have to work as an 'independent contractor'. This is typically referred to as being a '1099 worker'. (This refers to the fact that at the end of the year your job will give you a 1099 form for taxes rather than a W-2 form like they would for a direct employee) As a 1099 worker you will not typically get 401k benefits for a retirement account and will probably not get medical insurance which again is normally a job benefit for full time employees. ...but this is the thing: As a 'Undocumented immigrant' you don't need medical insurance. you just need to move to a 'blue' state.
