You only need to show 'proof of residence', proof that you live live in the state... this can typically be as simple as an electric bill in your name etc. In the US you do not have to take a driver's ed course, you just need to pass the driving test. So you walk into the RMV, apply for a driver's permit, take the permit written test, apply for a driver's license, take the driver's test (practical exam in a car with instructor) and then you get your license. This is technically three different visits to the RMV but you could schedule them all on the same day.
Again, millions of people do this every year... and it is only possible because of rampant corruption of the government and greed from business owners. Landlords that will rent to you for cash with no documentation, an RMV that will give you a lic. a Bank that will let youopen an account with just a TIN rather than a SS#, the IRS that will give you a TIN even though they know you stole the SS#, employers that will hire you as a 1099 contractor when they know that you don't have a work visa, etc.
It is seems really easy to start life in US from anew. Just need to sneak in country somehow.
