I've been plugged in and on top of everything for over 2 years
20 years here, I know how it feels. It helps to have another activity, such as a job or a hobby, a bubble, sort of parallel dimension in which none of this exists, where you simply have no time to focus on any of this. It helps. Just let it go, do something else, come back later, few days/weeks later. It's restructuring.
while I've lost serious relationships with friends, family members and co-workers who accused me of being a "conspiracy theorist" and a "nutcase" during the whole covid and vaccine era, and now those normie assholes are telling me shit that I explained to them 2 years ago.
Good fucking riddance, may the joy of solitude be with you... Your personal freedom and tranquility are inversely proportional to the number of people around you...
I've lost ALL faith in the American Medical Industry, I lost all respect and hate just about every celebrity and musician who pushed the mask mandates and vaccines while they got to live it up and rub their hypocritical smugness online and then give half-assed apologies when they got caught and "cancel culture" came after them.
That is good
I can't trust doctors anymore, I can't trust my local law enforcement anymore because I was almost arrested for not wearing a mask on a city bus last year (they let me go because their Sargeant showed up unmasked and I came up with an excuse that I have asthma and can't breathe while wearing them - sarge said to me "You should've mentioned that to the bus driver when you got on the bus).
NOW YOU ARE SEEING THE LIGHT
I need to take a vacation. I'm overwhelmed, overworked and constantly stressed. Inflation is hitting me hard, being a crypto investor is also extremely stressful... I'm about to snap about everything.
Take it easy, take a step back, take a break, do something else
As long as you have a roof above your head, stay warm, have food in the fridge your machine and the network, that's good enough, you'll be just fine. Don't forget to take a shower once in a while
