Whites should develop skills that earn at least five times the current min wage imo. If you’re skilled (profitable)enough then the OT is just a nice bonus. We shouldn’t be operating at the lowest rungs of earning potential anyways.
You dodged the question. (Sure, I believe that people should aspire to grow and improve, to adapt, etc.)
Let's say the local minimum wage is 7 units. There are people with labor valued at 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 units, and obviously any point in between. What job do they get?
"Whites should" is the silliest way to start a response to that question, unless there isn't a universally simple answer.
