I'm getting a popup "infected with viruses click here" and I did a system reset and a malware scan (nothing found) but this thing is still popping up from time to time, what do you think? Some clown posted something here that I clicked on and walla.

delete it and the last programme you downloaded. Malwarebytes is good.

Yes. If your on a laptop, unplug the power and remove the battery for 20 seconds or so.
