I'm getting a popup "infected with viruses click here" and I did a system reset and a malware scan (nothing found) but this thing is still popping up from time to time, what do you think? Some clown posted something here that I clicked on and walla.

Thanks much. I have a local kid in my community who can help, he's cheap, I'd rather spend a few bucks than fiddle with this crap all day, I've already spent several hours.
