Who is his? If you are referring to Dave, I have a lot of his information and paperwork. I just dont know if it really works. It reads as logical to me.
There are protections written all over in law and supreme court interpretations of law, but how to make them operate properly for one is another story altogether.
Can you look at court cases where the opinions and decisions have involved these things? People with more knowledge than yourself on the subject probably offer some insight.
I think it was just a typo and he meant to write "this".
