Who is his? If you are referring to Dave, I have a lot of his information and paperwork. I just dont know if it really works. It reads as logical to me.
There are protections written all over in law and supreme court interpretations of law, but how to make them operate properly for one is another story altogether.

Yes we can. Many of the good sites have a big paywall. That and, as an untrained layman, reading the decisions can be challenging and confusing at times.
I think it was just a typo and he meant to write "this".
